Ok, so I have thus far posted a lot of borrowed recipes but I'm working on balancing that out. Joel's family came into town over Mother's Day weekend and one of our outings was to a local farmer's market. It ended up being only 4-5 sad little folding tables worth of produce but we did get some yummy strawberries! So, after a few days I needed a means to use the remaining fruit. As timing would have it, Pioneer Woman had the same issue at her house! This cake was yummy:) and not nearly as rich as I thought it might be given it has cream cheese icing.
